Building leadership at all levels

The focus of this movie is building leadership at all levels. It highlights some of the key features of excellent practice in schools including: reinforcing collegiate and collaborative working practices; reinforcing a culture which effectively models leadership whilst training leaders; and creating conditions where people and teams feel empowered, and are confident that they can and do make a positive impact on the life of the school.
